Products & Authenticity
Yes. All LEGO® products sold by KS Creations are brand-new, sealed, and 100% official LEGO® items. We do not sell used, imitation, or counterfeit products. In addition, each set is sourced through authorised suppliers to ensure authenticity and quality.

Yes. All product designs are handmade and crafted exclusively by KS Creations, allowing us to offer unique gifts for every occasion. However, LEGO® products are not produced in-house; they are official items supplied separately.

Gift Cards are available for purchase by contacting us by using one of our channels on the Contact Us page. However, physical and online Gift Cards will soon be available on the website as well.
Orders & Shipping
Yes. Our shipping policy is as follows:
Malta: Free shipping on orders over €30. For orders below €30, a €5 shipping fee applies.
Gozo: Free shipping on orders over €100. For orders below €100, a €25 shipping fee applies.
Local Pickup: You can collect your order free of charge from a designated collection address in Żejtun, which we will provide once your order is ready.

Delivery times depend on your location. Typically, orders in Malta are delivered within 3–5 working days. Orders in Gozo may take longer to be delivered. If you require more information, please visit our Orders & Shipping page or kindly Contact Us on one of our available channels.

Payments & Security
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
Yes. All payments are processed securely via Stripe, a trusted payment provider. Full card details are never stored on our servers. If you save a card in your “My Account” section, only a secure token is stored to make future purchases faster and more convenient.
Yes. Payment is taken at the time of purchase to secure your order.
