At KS Creations, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth and transparent as possible. This Orders & Shipping Policy explains how we process orders, handle shipping, and manage delivery expectations.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below and to our Terms & Conditions.
1. Order Processing
We process orders promptly, with timing depending on the type of product:
Ready-made products (e.g., LEGO® sets) are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Handmade products usually take 1–3 business days to process. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
We collect the following information when you place an order:
Contact information (name, email, phone, shipping/billing address)
Order details (items purchased, quantities, preferences)
Payment information (processed securely via our payment providers)
Orders are confirmed via email, which includes your order summary and estimated processing time.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping within Malta and Gozo only. Shipping is calculated based on your location and order value:
Malta:
- Free shipping on orders over €30
- For orders below €30, a €5 shipping fee applies
Gozo:
- Free shipping on orders over €100
- For orders below €100, a €25 shipping fee applies
Local Pickup:
You can collect your order free of charge from a designated collection address in Żejtun, which will be provided once your order is ready.
Delivery Method & Estimated Times:
All deliveries are made in-house by our team to ensure the highest standard of care and excellence every time. Delivery times depend on your location:
Orders within Malta are typically delivered within 3–5 working days.
Orders to Gozo may take 5–14 working days to be delivered.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is ready, one of our team members will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time. This ensures that your order arrives safely and at a time that is convenient for you.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our deliveries are currently limited to Malta and Gozo only.
5. Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are being processed or are out for delivery.
If you need to change your shipping address, order items, or cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@kscreations.mt.
Once an order is being processed or is out for delivery, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
All purchases are considered final once delivery is completed, in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Returns, Refunds & Non-Returnable Items
All purchases are final once delivery is completed. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not faulty or damaged.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@kscreations.mt. Include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs or videos showing the defect or damage
Once verified, we may offer:
A replacement for the faulty item (subject to availability)
A refund to your original payment method
Store credit equal to the value of the item
Return Postage: If a return is approved due to a confirmed fault or damage, KS Creations will cover the cost of return postage. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive faulty or damaged:
Custom-made or personalised items
Sale or clearance products
Digital or downloadable goods, including gift cards
