At KS Creations, we take great pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure that every customer is delighted with their purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns After Delivery

All purchases are considered final once delivery has been completed. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@kscreations.mt.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the defect or damage

Once we have reviewed and verified your claim, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement for the faulty item (subject to availability)

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • A store credit equal to the value of the item, depending on the circumstances

3. Return Postage

If your return is approved due to a confirmed fault or damaged product, KS Creations will cover the cost of return postage.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Sale or clearance products

  • Digital or downloadable goods such as gift cards.
