2. Orders

  1. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

  2. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processed. Please check your order carefully before submitting.

3. Pricing & Payment

  1. All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  2. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

  3. We accept payments via Stripe payment provider. 

  4. Card details are not stored on our servers; only secure tokens are stored via Stripe to facilitate future purchases.

4. Shipping & Collection

  1. Malta: Free shipping on orders over €30, €5 shipping fee otherwise.

  2. Gozo: Free shipping on orders over €100, €25 shipping fee otherwise.

  3. Local Pickup: Free collection from a designated address in Żejtun, provided once the order is ready.

  4. Deliveries are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, but may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Refunds & Returns

  1. All sales are final.

  2. Returns are accepted only for faulty items. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and details of the defect.

  3. After verification, we will provide full or partial refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

6. Liability

  1. KS Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.

  2. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations may occur.
